Helios Energy Ltd (ASX:HE8) (formerly New Horizon Coal Limited)( Helios or Company ) is pleased to provide this update on the Company’s $18,880,000 capital raising ( Capital Raising ) and the timing of the reinstatement of the Company’s securities to the Official List of the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ).
To date, the Capital Raising has raised a total of $17,442,858 and the Company has been working to satisfy the ASX conditions for reinstatement but this process has not yet been completed.

Today, the Federal Court issued orders to extend the end date of the period for admission to quotation by ASX until Friday, 11 August 2017 ( Order ). A copy of the Order is attached.
