Helios to be reinstated to Official Quotation and commence trading on ASX

Helios Energy Ltd (ASX:HE8) (formerly New Horizon Coal Limited)( Helios or Company ) is pleased advise that the Capital Raising has closed and raised a total of $18,011,858. The Company has completely satisfied all the ASX conditions for reinstatement. The securities of the Company will be reinstated to Official Quotation from the commencement of trading on Friday 11 August 2017, following the Company’s compliance with listing rule 11.1.3 and Chapter 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.
