The Directors of New Horizon Coal Ltd advise that the Company has received applications for shares to be issued under the Entitlement Issue of 28,283,152 ordinary fully paid shares at 1 cent each to raise a total $282,831.52.

In accordance with the terms of the Underwriting Agreement, a notice of shortfall has been provided to the Underwriter, CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd.
Registered Office
On completion of the Underwriting, the Company will have raised $1,180,000 (before costs of the offer) under the entitlement issue.
