Share Placement – additional commitment
Further to the share placement announcement today, New Horizon Coal Ltd (“Company”) advises that it has accepted a commitment for a further 3,375,000 shares at 8 cents per share for $270,000 to make the total capital raising $2 million.
The commitment to this further placement is from Carl Coward or his nominee and will be part of the Tranche 2 placement to be approved by shareholders.
