Pursuant to the above-named Company's Share Option Scheme, options over 46,284 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each have been exercised.  Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading, which is expected to take place on 12 August 2014.  The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Following admission, the number of Ordinary shares in issue will be 118,183,806, each carrying one voting right.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Helical Bar plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
