Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

The Company was informed on 28 June 2017 that the following transactions had taken place:

1.   Helical Annual Bonus Scheme 2016

On 28 June 2017, deferred share awards over ordinary shares in Helical plc were made to certain directors, at 303.50p per share, under the terms of the Helical Annual Bonus Scheme 2016, as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the deferred share awards which have been structured as nil-cost options.  These deferred shares will be held by the Company and will vest after 28 June 2020.
