On 28 July 2020, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 8,071 ordinary shares to directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 27 July 2020 of 307.00p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
