Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

Helical announces the following transactions in its shares by Michael Slade, Chairman:

1.   Sale of Shares

On 20 March 2018, Mr Slade sold 148,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 340.0p per share.

2.   Donation of Shares

On 20 March 2018, Mr Slade donated the following:

i.    14,578 ordinary shares in the Company to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity (Registered Charity number 1095197) at 343.0p per share; and

ii.    145,773 ordinary shares in the Company to LandAid Charitable Trust (Registered Charity number 295157) at 343.0p per share. 

Following these transactions, Mr Michael Slade holds 12,164,203 (10.26%) shares in the Company. 

These transactions took place in London (XLON).
