NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PARTIES

HELICAL BAR PLC ("Helical Bar or "the Company")

The Company was informed today that the following transactions had taken place:

1.          2014 Performance Share Plan Award

On 28 July 2014, under the terms of the Helical Bar plc Performance Share

Plan 2014 approved at the Annual General Meeting of 25 July 2014, the

following share awards were made to the directors of the Company at the

closing mid-market price on 25 July 2014 of 358.00p.

Michael Slade                                       440,195 shares

Tim Murphy                                         235,055 shares

Gerald Kaye                                         340,055 shares

Matthew Bonning-Snook                     314,245 shares

Jack Pitman                                          272,053 shares

Duncan Walker                                    266,706 shares

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards which have been structured as nil-cost options.
