Helical plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Farr as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Board and a member of the Audit & Risk, Nominations and Remuneration Committees, with effect from 5 June 2019.

Sue is a Specialist Advisor to the Chime Group and a Non-Executive Director of British American Tobacco plc and Accsys Technologies PLC. Sue brings considerable expertise in marketing, branding and consumer issues to the Board.

Mike Slade, Chairman, said: "We are delighted to welcome Sue to the Board of Helical. Her experience, skills and knowledge make her a wonderful addition to the Board."
