Directorate Change

The Company announces that Richard Gillingwater, Chairman of the Nominations Committee, has informed the Board of his intention not to seek re-election as a Non-Executive Director of Helical at the 2018 AGM on 12 July 2018. Mr Gillingwater joined the Board of Helical as a Non-Executive Director in 2012, and during his six years has served as the Senior Independent Director and the Chairman of the Nominations Committee.

Mike Slade, Chairman of Helical, said: "I would like to thank Richard for his commitment, support and advice during his six years on the Board of Helical. He has guided the Board through several succession and governance issues during a time of increased scrutiny from investors and representative bodies and leaves the Company in excellent shape."
