Appointment of new External Auditor

The Company announces that it has completed a competitive tender process for the appointment of a new external auditor.

Deloitte LLP will be appointed as external auditor for the year ending 31 March 2019, replacing Grant Thornton UK LLP. Grant Thornton will audit the Group's accounts for the year ending 31 March 2018.

Shareholder approval to confirm the appointment of Deloitte LLP will be sought at the Company's AGM on 12 July 2018.

Richard Grant, the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, said: "We thank Grant Thornton for their excellent contribution as Helical's auditor for many years and we look forward to working with Deloitte LLP in the future."
