HELICAL BAR PLC (the "Company")

DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Helical Bar plc today announces that Jack Pitman, Investment Director, has stepped down from the Board as a Director with immediate effect and will leave the Company on the 31 March 2015 in order to set up an unlisted property investment company.                                

Michael Slade, Chief Executive of Helical, commented on behalf of the Board:

"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jack for his significant contribution to the Company over the last 14 years. He has played an important part in the growth of our investment portfolio and in our retirement village business and we wish him every success in his new venture."
