Retirement of Director – Duncan West

25 August 2025 : Helia Group Limited (Helia or the Company) (ASX:HLI) today announced that Duncan West will retire from the Board on 23 September 2025.

Duncan was appointed to the Board on 1 September 2018 and served as interim CEO during 2020. He is currently Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit, Risk and Nominations Committees.

Helia’s Chair Leona Murphy said “Duncan has added incredible value to Helia over the last 7 years. The Board wishes to thank Duncan for his considerable contribution and commitment to Helia and wishes him well as he focuses on his other board commitments.”
