Date of AGM and closing date for nomination of directors
20 February 2026: Helia Group Limited (Helia or the Company) (ASX:HLI) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 7 May 2026, and the closing date for the receipt of nomination from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director at that meeting is Tuesday, 3 March 2026.
A Notice of Meeting will be lodged with ASX closer to the date of the meeting.
