ACM approves Heijmans' acquisition of Van Wanrooij

On 21 June of this year, Royal Heijmans announced its intention to acquire Van Wanrooij, subject to the suspensive condition of approval of this transaction by the Dutch Consumer & Market Authority (ACM).

ACM granted this approval, marking an important milestone. Buyer and seller are currently completing the final formalities required for the closing of the transaction. This completion is expected in the first half of September and will be announced on the relevant day.
