Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
May 06, 2013 and on that day amounted to 5.08% (this corresponds to 9521184
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 23307 Voting Rights) is to be
