Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015- Force majeure closure of operations pursuant to spread of Covid -19.

Dear Sir,

HEG Limited has taken all proactive and preventive measures in its offices and manufacturing location at Mandideep (in the state of Madhya Pradesh) to ensure employee safety and curtail spread of the Corona Virus (Covid-19).

The Company has decided to suspend the manufacturing operations with immediate effect at its plant. However, keeping the safety aspect in mind, one of our production processes cannot be stopped immediately as it requires a certain time and a laid out procedure, which is being followed carefully before its closure.

Further, in view of similar measures being taken by various State Governments to curtail spread of COVID-19, our Corporate Office located in NCR and marketing/other offices of the Company situated pan India have been closed and the employees have been advised to work from home to the extent possible.

The Company is in the process of minimizing losses which may arise consequent to aforesaid closures. The resumption of operations would depend upon Government’s directives from time to time and we will keep you informed accordingly.
