Dear Sir/Ma’am,

In continuation to our earlier letter dated 7[th ] October, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company have further invested in the shares of GrafTech International Ltd., a NYSE Listed Company (“Graftech”), through Secondary Market Transactions/Overseas Portfolio Investment (OPI) scheme of Foreign Exchange Management (Overseas Investment) Rules, 2022.

The Company has also filed the required information with United States Securities and Exchange Commission under Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The details required in this regard as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.

It has a competitive portfolio of low cost, ultra-high power graphite electrode manufacturing facilities, with some of the highest capacity facilities in the world. GrafTech International Ltd. has itspresenceglobally.

Last 3 Years Turnover of GrafTech International Ltd. are as follows:

• a. FY ended December 31, 2024: 5,38,782 USD (in thousand)

• b. FY ended December 31, 2023: 6,20,500 USD (in thousand)

• c. FY ended December 31, 2022: 1,281,250 USD (in thousand)
