Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that State Bank of India have sanctioned a Credit Facility of Rs. 1230 Crores to TACC Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company as a financial assistance for a part funding of the project involving development of Green field manufacturing plant for production of 20,000 MTPA of Lithium-ion battery grade Graphite Anode at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
