Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e 23[rd] January, 2024 have considered and approved making of Investment upto Rs. 200 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred Crores Only) in one or more tranches, in the securities of Listed Indian Companies and/or Overseas Companies/Body Corporates, from time to time.
The said investment will be made through secondary market transactions/overseas portfolio investment scheme of Foreign Exchange Management (Overseas Investment) Rules, 2022.
The above said Board Meeting commenced at 05:00 pm and concluded at 06:00 pm.
