In continuation to our earlier letters dated September 13, 2024 and January 23, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that HEG Limited (“the Company”) has invested in the shares of GrafTech International Ltd., a NYSE Listed Company (“Graftech”), through Secondary Market Transactions/Overseas Portfolio Investment (OPI) scheme of Foreign Exchange Management (Overseas Investment) Rules, 2022.

The Company has also filed the required information with United States Securities and Exchange Commission under Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The details required in this regard as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
