Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in continuation of our earlier intimation submitted regarding outcome of Board Meeting held on 22[nd] May, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company named as “HEG GRAPHITE LIMITED” on 4[th] June, 2024.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is attached herewith as Annexure-A .
