This is in continuation of our earlier announcement dated 26[th] December, 2022 regarding incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary under the name “TACC Limited”, we would like to inform that, Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 22[nd] May, 2023, have considered and approved the proposal for further investment in the Equity Shares of TACC Limited by way of infusion of fresh capital.

In view of the above, please take note of the following developments:
