Subject: Board Meeting Intimation for Preponement/Rescheduling of Board Meeting

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to our earlier intimation dated 3[rd] April, 2024, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company that was scheduled to be held on Friday, 24[th] May, 2024 is preponed/rescheduled and now will take place on Wednesday, 22[nd] May, 2024, to inter-alia for the following purposes:

1. To consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2024.

2. To consider and recommend the payment of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2023-2024.

In view of the above, the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company has already been in operation with effect from 1[st] April, 2024 and shall remain closed till 24[th] May, 2024.

Please note that the trading window shall re-open from 25[th] May, 2024.

The same will also be uploaded on the website of the Company i.e www.hegltd.com.
