In continuation to our intimation with respect to the Outcome of Board Meeting dated August 13, 2024 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Dr. Kamal Gupta (DIN: 00038490), has completed his second term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on August 29, 2024.
