Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 27th day of May, 2021, inter-alia for the following purposes:

- To consider, approve and take on record, theAudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31 st March, 2021.

- To consider and recommend the payment of Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 st March, 2021 .
Further, the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company by its Insiders and their immediate relatives has already been in operation with effect from 1 st April, 2021 and shall remain closed till 29th May, 2021. Please note that the trading window shall re-open from 30th May, 2021.
