The information in this report is based on a plan statement dated as of October 2, 2019. They are held as 40.723 units in Mr. Robert's 401(k) Plan account, and estimated to be 303 shares.
F2: Total Hecla Mining Company shares held by Mr. Roberts in his 401(k) Plan account as of December 18, 2019, the date on which Mr. Roberts transferred the balance from the Hecla stock fund to other funds in the 401(k) Plan.
