DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Heavy Minerals Limited (ACN 647 831 833) (“ Heavy Minerals ” or the “ Company” ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday 24 November 2021. A notice of meeting for the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to ASX and provided to Shareholders in the middle of October 2021.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 7.5(c) and (d) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 6 October 2021. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm AWST on 6 October 2021 at the Company’s registered office.
