Resignation of Director

It is with great sadness that the Company announces that Mr William Tucker will be resigning from his position as Senior Non-Executive Director on 1st August 2020.

Mr William Tucker joined The Company in 1954 and was appointed to the Board in 1955. He was appointed Managing Director in 1970 and oversaw the ceasing of brewing operations in the same year. He then went on to take over as Chairman from his father in 1974 and was instrumental in shaping the future of the Company as a Tenanted Estate.

At the current time, the Company does not propose to appoint another Director to replace him.
