The Company announces that it has received notification that VOB&T Trading AB has acquired VOB&T International AB's holding of 309,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company. Following this acquisition VOB&T Trading AB now holds 309,500 Samuel Heath and Sons plc shares, representing 12.21 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
