As announced in the preliminary results on 12 July, Neil Bosworth is retiring as Manufacturing Director from the board of the Company with effect from 30 September 2017. 

Sam Heath, Chairman of the Company, said "We are very grateful to Neil for his enormous contribution and support in a number of different roles, during his 41 years with the Company, of which he spent 14 as a board director with responsibility for manufacturing.  We wish him all the best for his retirement." 

A replacement manufacturing director has been appointed, although the position is not at Plc board level initially.
