Appointment of Director

The Board of Samuel Heath announces that Simon Latham has been appointed as financial director to the Company with immediate effect.

Simon Latham is an experienced financial director, having served as CFO from 2007 to 2015 to a privately owned group of companies, Mark Group, providing energy efficiency services to new builders and homeowners.  Prior to that, he was from 1997 to 2007 financial director within a private group of IT services and product based companies, latterly for ABM, based in Nottingham.

Sam Heath, Chairman of the Company, said "We are delighted to welcome Simon to the board.  He brings a great deal of experience which will be of significant benefit to the Company".

Other than that as set out below, there are no other matters that are required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to the appointment of Simon George Pinckney Latham, aged 52.
