Dublin, Ireland - 05 July 2023: HealthBeacon plc (HBCN.ID) ("HealthBeacon" or "the Company"), a digital therapeutics company that develops products for managing injectable medications for patients in the home, today announces that Jim Joyce, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, has purchased 10,600 ordinary shares at a price of €1.86. Following this purchase Jim Joyce holds 1,843,907 shares representing 10.92% of the Company.
