Sale of Adora Fertility - update

Healius Limited (Healius) (ASX:HLS) notes the announcement by Virtus Health Limited (ASX:VRT) (Virtus) dated 13 October 2021, concerning the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s notification of its intention to commence proceedings seeking interlocutory orders restraining completion of the sale of the Adora Fertility business.

Should proceedings be commenced, Healius intends to appear in order to oppose the granting of such orders.
