RESPONSE TO RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN SHAREHOLDINGS

Primary Health Care Limited (“Primary”) notes the substantial shareholder notice lodged on behalf of the Jangho Group (“Jangho”) after market close on 17 March 2016, disclosing a relevant interest of 58,225,523 Primary shares (11.17%).

Jangho is a China‐based group with existing investments in the Australian healthcare sector, including Vision Eye Institute Limited, a provider of ophthalmic services and operator day surgeries.
