18 August 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

Appendix 3Y – Change of Director’s Interest Notice Dr Paul Francis Jones

On behalf of Primary Health Care Limited ( Primary ), I enclose an Appendix 3Y (Change of Director’s Interest Notice) in respect of the lapse (ie. expiry unexercised) of 17,500 options over ordinary shares held by Dr Paul Francis Jones, a non‐executive director of Primary.

The options lapsed on 7 August 2015 but, due to a clerical error (misreading of “7 August 2015” as “17 August 2015”), the 5 business day time limit for notification under Listing Rule 3.19A.2 was thought to expire next Monday 24 August 2015, whereas it in fact expired last Friday 14 August 2015. I note that the relevant time limit for notification under section 205G of the Corporations Act has not expired.

Primary has reviewed the notifiable interests of directors which are options. The lapse dates of the remaining options held by Dr Jones have now been re‐checked and diarised. It has also been verified that no other director of Primary holds a notifiable interest of this nature. Consequently Primary considers the likelihood of recurrence of the error to be low.

Yours faithfully
