Primary Health Care Limited Syndicated Bank Debt Refinancing

Primary Health Care Limited (“Primary”) today advises that it has successfully completed financial close on the extension and amendment of its syndicated bank debt facility. The facility is comprised of two tranches of A$500m (maturing in January 2021) and A$625m (maturing in January 2023). The covenants under the facility are unchanged.
