Primary Health Care Ltd Notice of maturity date of Primary Bonds Series A

Dear Investor,

I am writing regarding your holding of Primary Bonds Series A (“PRYHA bonds”). This letter is to advise you that, as contemplated under the terms of issue of the PRYHA bonds, the PRYHA bonds will mature on 28 September 2015.

On the maturity date, you will receive A$101.55 for each A$ PRYHA bond you hold. That amount represents the sum of the Face Value of A$100 together with A$1.55 interest for the final Interest Period from 28 June 2015 to 27 September 2015 (inclusive).

As the PRYHA bonds will be redeemed, no further payments will be made to you after 28 September 2015 and the PRYHA bonds will no longer be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). To facilitate the redemption and the payment of the face value and final interest payment to the same holder of the PRYHA bond, PRYHA bonds will be suspended from trading on ASX on and from the close of trading on ASX on 15 September 2015.

The total amount due to you in respect of the PRYHA bonds you hold will be credited to the account noted on your PRYHA bond holding on 28 September 2015. Please note that you will only receive that amount if you remain the holder of PRYHA bonds as at the Record Date (which is 18 September 2015) and as at 10.00am on the maturity date (which is 28 September 2015).
