SALE OF BARANGAROO OFFICE SITE

Primary Health Care Limited (“Primary”) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Barangaroo office site at Millers Point for $40 million.

Primary Managing Director, Mr Peter Gregg said: “The sale demonstrates on‐going delivery of our strategic review initiative to recycle capital from non‐core assets, strengthen the balance sheet and reduce debt."

As the property is leasehold, the sale agreement is conditional upon consent from the head landlord, the Barangaroo Development Authority, to the assignment of Primary's lease. It is expected to be finalised in the first half of calendar year 2016.
