Change of Company name to Healius Limited

Following shareholder approval at our Annual General Meeting held on 22 November 2018, we are pleased to announce that effective today, the Company’s name is now Healius Limited .

Our ABN remains unchanged as 24 064 530 516 and our ACN also remains unchanged as 064 530 516.

Healius’ ASX listing code will shortly be changed from PRY to HLS . We will make a further announcement when this change has taken effect.

Computershare continues to provide share registry services for the Company.
