Change of auditor

In compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Primary Health Care Limited (“the Company”) advises that, effective today, Ernst & Young has been appointed as auditor of the Company.

The appointment was made by the Company’s members by ordinary resolution at today’s Annual General Meeting.

The change follows the resignation of the Company’s previous auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, in accordance with Section 329(5) of the Corporations Act.
