EXECUTIVE DEPARTURE

Primary Health Care Limited (“Primary”) today announced the departure of James Bateman from the role of General Manager, Pathology.

Primary’s Managing Director and CEO, Mr Peter Gregg said: “It is with great regret that I announce that Primary Health Care and James Bateman have agreed to end their association.

“James has been an integral part of Primary for more than 25 years and has played a critical role in the company’s success, growing the pathology division’s revenue from $50 million to nearly $1 billion over the period he has been in charge. Indeed, together with the late Dr Edmund Bateman, James has been instrumental in building Primary into the top‐100 ASX listed company it is today.

“On behalf of Primary's board, management team, and pathology staff, I would like to thank James for his valuable contribution and commitment to Primary and I wish him every success for the future.

“An internal and external executive search will be conducted to find a replacement. In the interim, the existing pathology structure will report directly to me,” Mr Gregg concluded.
