BOARD RESTRUCTURE

The Directors of Primary Health Care Limited (“ Primary ”) announced the appointment of Mr Peter Gregg as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Primary on 18 February 2015. Mr Gregg will commence with Primary on 2 March 2015.

In accordance with best practice corporate governance, the Directors have determined that that it is appropriate for the Managing Director to be the only Executive Director and that all remaining Directors are independent non-executives.

Consequently, Mr Andrew Duff, Mr James Bateman and Mr Henry Bateman have today resigned as Directors of Primary and will continue in their executive management roles.

The Board of Primary would like to thank each of them for their contribution as Executive Directors since appointment.
