RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Directors of Primary Health Care Limited (“ Primary ”) advise that Ms Yvette Cachia has today resigned as Company Secretary of Primary Health Care Limited. Ms Cachia has accepted a senior executive position in the industrials sector. The Board thanks Ms Cachia for her contribution to Primary and wishes her well in her new position.

Mr Charles Tilley has been appointed as Company Secretary of Primary. Mr Tilley has been employed by Primary since July 2014 as Senior Legal Counsel, during which time he has advised the Company on various matters concerning litigation and employment law. Prior to joining Primary, Mr Tilley worked as a lawyer in the financial services industry.
