Chief Financial Officer – Resignation and Transition Process

Primary Health Ca r e Limited (“Primary”) wishes to a dvise that Andrew D u ff has ten d ered his resigna t ion from hi s position as Chief Financial Officer ( “CFO”). Th e process t o appoint a s uccessor for Mr D uff has commenced, an d an annou n cement will be made in due course.

Mr Duf f will step d o wn as CFO upon the a p pointment of his successor, but re m ain in em p loyment with Primary until 3 0 Septemb e r 2015 to f acilitate an orderly tra n sition of h i s role, incl u ding the finalisation of Prim a ry’s 2015 r esults and f inancial st a tements, a n d assisting with his successor’s inducti o n.

Mr Duff joined Primary at the ti m e of its AS X listing in 1 9 98. He has made an in v aluable contribution enablin g Primary t o grow successfully fro m its origin s as a small medical c e ntre opera t or to its current position as a n ASX 100 listed compa n y.
