Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Primary Health Care Limited (“Primary”) today announces the appointment of Malcolm Ashcroft to the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). He will commence employment with Primary on Monday 13 July 2015.

Mr Ashcroft is an accomplished senior finance executive with over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and corporate advisory services across a broad range of international markets and industry sectors.

Mr Ashcroft joins Primary from CIMIC Group Limited where he has been Deputy CFO since January 2013. Prior to that, Mr Ashcroft was a partner at KPMG, where he was the National Leader of the CFO Advisory practice, a member of the National Audit Leadership Executive, and was an adviser to a number of leading domestic and international companies.

Mr Ashcroft has a proven track record in financial management and business transformation and has international experience in Asia, the Middle East and the USA.

We are very pleased that Malcolm is joining Primary as a key member of the executive team and we look forward to working with him in this important role.
