APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Directors of Primary Health Care Limited (“Primary”) are pleased to announce the appointment today of Mr Gordon Davis as a Non-executive Director of Primary.

Prior to becoming a Non-executive Director, Mr Davis Gordon was managing director of AWB Limited between 2006 and 2010. Prior to this, he held various senior executive positions with Orica Limited, including general manager of Orica Mining Services (Australia, Asia) and general manager of Incitec Fertilizers. He has also served in a senior capacity on various industry associations.

Mr Davis holds a Bachelor of Forest Science (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Agricultural Science from the University of Tasmania. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Davis is currently a Non-executive Director of Nufarm Limited where he serves on the Audit & Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee and as the Chair of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee. He also holds positions in community-focused organisations including Chair of Greening Australia Limited, CIBUS Group and VicForests and Director of the Advisory Board of The Nature Conservancy.

Mr Davis’ strong grasp of business disciplines across finance, tax, regulatory environments, risk and governance and extensive experience as an independent company director, will make him a valuable contributor as a Non-executive Director of Primary.
