Transfer of Treasury Shares

Headlam Group plc ('Headlam') announces that on 6 December 2013, a total of 723 ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employee share scheme allotments, comprising 723 ordinary shares at 251.00 pence per share.

Following the above transfer of treasury stock, Headlam held 1,740,740 ordinary shares as treasury shares.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 83,623,003.
