Annual Report and Accounts

and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Headlam (LSE: HEAD), Europe's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces that, further to its final results announcement on 9 March 2022, it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ('Annual Report').

The Annual Report, and separate Notice of Annual General Meeting ('Notice of AGM'), are available on the Company's website www.headlam.com, and being posted today to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each document is being submitted to the      National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to view at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company will hold its AGM at 10.00 am on Thursday, 19 May 2022 at its head office at Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1JU. The Company has made arrangements to allow shareholders to submit questions by email in advance of the AGM, and additionally follow the AGM and participate in a question and answer session through an online meeting platform. Full details are given in the Notice of AGM.

The Company has also today published a full form ESG Report, which is incorporated within the Annual Report and is also available as a standalone report on the Company's website.
